Customized Wellness and Exercise Programs for Seniors
Our mission at Kennedy Wellness Solutions is to promote active living and self-management of chronic health conditions through physical activity and educational programs that enhance quality of life. All programs are designed and led by Heather Kennedy, a Masters Degreed Clinical Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine.
Private and Group Exercise
KWS offers both group and private exercise training options. Group programs include Gentle Exercise Class, Better Balance, Meditation, Simply Stretch and much more! Personal training is offered virtually or in the comfort of your own home. Programs are offered at your location throughout Burlington/Mercer County, NJ or virtually.
Educational Offerings
KWS offers health and wellness-focused educational lectures, discussions, support group facilitation and much more. Various topics of expertise include Stress Management, Healthy Sleep Habits, Cardiac/Heart Health and Weight Loss and Nutrition. Educational presentations can be offered at your location or virtually.
Private health and wellness coaching also available.
Meet Heather Kennedy, M.A., RCEP
Heather Kennedy, M.A., RCEP, is the owner and lead instructor for Kennedy Wellness Solutions, LLC. Heather holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. Her mission is to promote active living and self-management of chronic health conditions through physical activity and educational programs. Heather has over twenty years experience in the field of health and wellness and specializes in working with people with chronic medical conditions that require special training considerations, such as arthritis, chronic back pain, heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis, Parkinson, pulmonary disease and stroke.
